Hairy Troll Tattoo Or A Clever Coverup

Is that a real overgrown tuft of hair growing on his arm or did this winner glue it on there? I mean, if that’s really freakishly growing on there then it would be clever if the tattoo didn’t look like a 5th grader did it.  Could it be the reason he’s doing this is that the tat is a babe magnet?  Does he tend to this garden whenever he goes out?  Well at least he has a sense of humor.
